ALL Star Education Program

BANA Teams Up with Baltimore County Health Department for ALL-STAR CHARACTER Education

In a collaborative effort with the Baltimore County Health Department, BANA recently conducted a three-month ALL STAR CHARACTER Education program for fourth and fifth-grade students (ages 9-11). This initiative brought together young learners from various parts of Baltimore County, aiming to promote public health by preventing alcohol, marijuana, and other drug use among children and adolescents.

The program’s success lies in its utilization of evidence-based prevention strategies, reducing behavioral health risk factors while advocating for policy changes and compliance with local laws to ensure the safety of Baltimore County’s youth. We are proud to have received sponsorship from the Baltimore County Department of Health for this crucial endeavor.
