The above list includes all candidates who submitted nominations during the designated period on 02/23/2025, between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM, as set by the Election Committee. Names are listed in the order received and do not reflect the ballot arrangement, which will be determined later by the Election Committee.
The primary purpose of publishing this list is to provide candidates the opportunity to withdraw their nominations, should they choose to do so, and for eligible BANA members to challenge a candidate’s eligibility.
To withdraw a candidacy:
- Physically: Please complete the Candidacy Withdrawal Form and submit to the Election Committee as outlined in the form between 2:00PM-5:00PM, Sunday, 03/02/2025 at the Election Committee Office in BANA Building.
- Electronically: Email the Election Committee at election@banaonline.org from the candidate’s email ID recorded in the candidacy application form using the Candidacy Withdrawal Email Format.
Please note that the candidacy fee is non-refundable in the event of a withdrawal from candidacy.
To challenge a candidacy: Email the Election Committee at election@banaonline.org using the Candidacy Challenge Email Format by 5:00PM, Sunday, 03/02/2025.
The final list of candidates will be published by the Election Committee by Monday, 03/03/2025, following a thorough review of all candidacy forms and after considering any withdrawal applications and/or challenges received by the 5:00 PM deadline on Sunday, 03/02/2025.
